Shipments and returns

Important details you need to know prior to placing your order


Ideagraffiti accepts orders from Europe and delivers your purchase from a central warehouse based in Italy.

Once your order is complete, Ideagraffiti will then ship the order to you within the terms of each product. If Ideagraffiti is not able to deliver your order, we willnotify you of the problem using the email address you provided during checkout. Please be sure your address and email information are correct.


Rules or restrictions for orders

  •         Your billing and delivery address must be the same.
  •         We do not ship to multiple addresses.
  •         Commercial purchases for retail sales are not permitted. 

Payment Methods

Method of payment will vary depending on country. Accepted method of payments will display on the Order Review and Payment Page.


Shipping Times

Items are generally dispatched from Italy within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Postal service or Courier with tracking and signature.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include handling and packing fees. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and items you've selected. You will be able to see your shipping costs once you move through the order checkout process, prior to submitt your order.

Returning  items due to problems


Only for problems due to the order or to the product (es. wrong engraving) is possible to ask a total refound (within 7 working days) or the right product that will be shipped within 5 working days from the claim.

For any problem, please send an email to specifying the order number, name, address and the issue.
